show isis spf-log
Displays IS-IS SPF calculation information for this router.
Syntax: show isis spf-log [l1 | level-1 | l2 |level-2]
Description: Displays IS-IS SPF calculation information.
Use the show isis spf-log command to display all IS-IS SPF calculation information for this router.
Use the show isis spf-log l1 or show isis spf-log level-1 command to display Level-1 only IS-IS SPF calculation information.
Use the show isis spf-log l2 or show isis spf-log level-2 command to display Level-2 only IS-IS SPF calculation information.
Factory Default: None.
Command Mode: Executive and privileged.
Example: In the following example, the show isis spf-log command displays information about IS-IS SPFs for this router:

The number of milliseconds it took to complete this SPF run.

The number of routers and pseudo nodes (LANs) that make up the topology for this SPF run.

Count
|
The number of events that triggered this SPF run.

Last trigger LSP
|
Specifies the LSP ID of the last LSP to trigger this SPF when multiple LSPs are causing the trigger.

Triggers
|
The following is a list of reasons that may trigger a full SPF calculation:
- MAX-PATHS - A change in the maximum ECMP paths configuration.
- USEMETRIC - A change in the metric style configuration to use for SPF.
- SENDMETRIC - A change in the metric style configuration used to build an LSP.
- OLBIL - A change in the overload bit.
- NETADD - A new system ID (via NET) was configured on this router.
- NETREM - A new system ID (via NET) was removed from this router configuration.
- NEWMETRIC - A new metric was configured on an interface for this router.
- IPBACKUP - An IP route learned by a protocol other than IS-IS disappeared. IS-IS runs a full SPF to install an IS-IS route for the IP prefix that disappeared.
- ATTACHFLAG - This router either is now attached or lost contact with the L2 backbone.
- ADMINDIST - Another administrative distance was configured for the IS-IS process on this router.
- NEWADJ - A new adjacency with another router has been created.
- NEWDR - A new DR was elected for a broadcast interface on this router.
- ADJDOWN - This router has lost its adjacency with another router.
- LINKUP - A link on this router has come up.
- LINKDOWN - A link on this router has gone down.
- NEWLSP - A new LSP has been received by this router.
- LSPEXPIRED - An LSP in the LSDB has expired.
